TERMS AND CONDITIONS: RULES
1.
This competition will commence on 20 October 2019 and will end on 20 November 2019, both dates inclusive. BESTECH reserves the
right to extend the closing date without notice.
2.
This competition is open to all residents of the Republic of South Africa.
3.
In order to enter the competition, the entrants must answer one question and capture their details as requested on the BESTECH
website, write his/her name, surname, email address, cell number, which vehicle they drive, model number and submit their answer. A
person may, however, submit as many entries as the entrant wishes.
4.
The prize, estimated value: R2 500.00:
4.1
An autographed SA Rugby jersey signed by Siya Kolisi. The colour (Green) is dependent on availability.
4.2
The prize will be framed by BESTECH and delivered via courier and/or personally based on the logistics of the winner.
5.
The prize winner would be liable for all costs that may be incurred by either claiming the prize or in using the prize.
6.
The prize will be awarded to the first correct entry drawn by a BESTECH representative on the 30th day of November 2019 at the
BESTECH Head Office.
7.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by the details provided either by
email, or telephone or by both.
8.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
9.
In administering this competition, BESTECH may/will collect personal information from you and, unless it has first obtained your consent,
BESTECH (i) will not collect more of your personal information than it needs for the purpose of administering and analysing this
competition and carrying out publicity as stated in these Rules, (ii) will only use your personal information for that purpose which may
include transferring your personal information to its associates, and (iii) will not transfer your personal information outside South Africa
unless it is permi±ed to do so under South Africa law.
10.
Unclear, illegible or entries that have errors will, at the option of BESTECH, be declared invalid.
11.
Although there is no age limit to participate in the competition, some instant winners can only claim if they are aged 18 years or above. If
you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must submit the claim on your behalf.
12.
In the event that BESTECH is unable to contact the winner by way of telephone or by way of email (using the telephone number and/or
email address provided by the entrants) for a period of 5 working days (Calendar work week) after the 30thday of November 2019,
BESTECH shall select an alternative winner.
13.
A BESTECH representative will contact the prize winner in order to inform the prize winner that he/she has won a prize.
14.
Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance by the entrant of the competition rules and the entrant agrees to abide by these
rules.
15.
In entering the competition, the entrant agrees and grants, without any compensation, BESTECH authority to use the entrant’s name and
photo in any advertising and/or promotional material whether for this promotion or for any future promotion.
16.
Any person who is a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to BESTECH or any other person who directly or
indirectly controls or is controlled by BESTECH; or a supplier of goods or services in connection with that competition (and their
immediate families, including spouses, life partners, parents, children and siblings) may not enter this competition.
17.
In the event that a change in legislation requires, for any reason, BESTECH to either terminate this competition or to amend its rules,
BESTECH shall be entitled to do so. In the event that this competition is terminated pursuant to such change in legislation, all entrants
agree to waive any right that they may have in terms of this competition and the entrant will have no claim against BESTECH, its agents
and/or promoters.
18.
BESTECH reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that BESTECH suspects may have commi±ed fraud or be cheating in relation to this
competition.
19.
The right to authorise admission into this competition is reserved and lies solely with BESTECH.
